Terms and Conditions

Contract Term

Standard packages are offered on a 24-month contract. Should the customer wish to terminate the agreement at the end of the contract period, one calendar month’s written notice is required.

Customers may alternatively opt for a month-to-month agreement, subject to a once-off installation fee.

Payment & Suspension of Service

Monthly subscription fees are payable as stipulated. Should payment not be received within seven (7) days of the due date, the service may be suspended. Service will be reinstated once all outstanding fees have been settled and payment details are up to date.

Early Termination

If the customer terminates the agreement within the 24-month contract period, the customer will remain liable for the fees applicable to the remainder of the contract term.

Relocation & Reinstallation

Reinstallation fees may apply should the customer relocate to new premises.

Support Call-Outs

In the event of an abortive or unnecessary support call-out, additional fees may be applicable.

Equipment Protection​

Customers are required to take out lightning and surge protection cover for installed radio equipment. Coverage requirements differ between home and business packages.
